SAHCO has zero tolerance for drug related issue involving staff

A former managing director of the Skyway Aviation Handling Company, (SAHCO) Dr Oloropo Owolabi has condemned in strong terms the alleged involvement in drug related issue of a worker in the organisation as reported in the media

Dr Owolabi explained that the company has zero tolerance for any form of illegality especially as it concerns drugs saying, that the company has made it mandatory from time to hand over any one caught to the appropriate authorities for prosecution after dismissal.

“If any staff get entangled and involved directly or indirectly, we are zero tolerance in dealing with such things and it is immediate dismissal and such persons handed over to the appropirate authorities”

The former SAHCO boss said, he was shocked and embarrassed with the blasphemous report in the media adding, that SAHCO was not in charge of knowing the content of passengers baggage untill being declared by the Customs service stressing that SAHCO was not a clearing organisation but handling

He noted that clearing of goods passed through different agencies at the airport before getting to SAHCO

Dr Owolabi noted that the company has come a long way and strived by becoming the best warehouse in the country with ease of customers getting their goods without stress.
