“Raining maggots”, broken toilets“
It’s been a rough week for flights out of Amsterdam.
On the 12th, a KLM flight suffered broken lavatories, but when one of lavatories began working again the crew made the decision to continue the flight—only for the lavatory to break again over Greenland.
The following day, a Delta flight to Detroit had a case of “raining maggots” when the larva escaped from cabin baggage containing rotten fish. Yes, we also have a variety of unanswered questions about this incident.
