President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of Nigeria and President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil, along with the Hon. Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Olorogun Festus Keyamo SAN, and the Brazilian Minister of Transport, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) formalizing a Bilateral Air Service Agreement (BASA) between Nigeria and Brazil.
