The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria(FAAN) has said that it is not at present recruiting new staff and has not contracted any company to engage new hands on it behalf.

Director Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Abdullahi Yakubu-Funtua in a press release advised members of the public not to fall prey to the purported recruitment exercise by FAAN being peddled by unknown body to the Authority.

“The attention of the management of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN,   has been drawn to the information circulating on social media that FAAN is recruiting and requesting  people to apply  online”

“The Authority uses this  medium to reiterate that FAAN is neither  recruiting  directly  presently nor has the  Authority contracted anyone  to carry out recruitment exercise on her behalf.”

According to Yakubu-Funtua,the general public is herewith advised to be wary of such counterfeit recruitment websites and  desist from patronising  them to avoid  being  scammed.
