NAMA COMMISERATES WITH HELICOPTER CRASH VICTIMS’ FAMILIES

The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has commiserated with the families of fellow compatriots who lost their lives in the ill-fated helicopter crash on Thursday, the 24th of October, 2024 in Port Harcourt. The Managing Director of the Agency,Engr.Farouk Ahmed Umar,stated in a condolence letter that as an agency,” we are deeply grieved by the tragic loss of lives of 8 Nigerians in the course of service to their fatherland. Our hearts go out to their families and loved ones at this difficult and trying moment.” He said that as we join the rest of the nation to mourn the demise of these outstanding Nigerians who paid the supreme price in the course of contributing to the growth of the Nigerian economy, it is our collective hope that their sacrifice will not be in vain. May Almighty God grant their bereaved families and loved ones the courage to bear this irreversible loss and may the souls of the departed rest in perfect peace,he stated.
