airline files for bankruptcy
iAero Airways has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy but remains
optimistic about its futureCredit:
The parent company iAero Group filed the claim in the Southern District of Florida bankruptcy court.
The filing noted that the company has between one and 49 creditors and estimated assets of between $0 and $50,000.
It added that the estimated liabilities are between $500million and $1billion.
The document was signed by Interim CEO Kevin Nystrom and Berger Singerman attorney Paul Steven Singerman working on behalf of the group.
